Having enjoyed a 30-year career in broking and investment banking, Bob transferred his expertise to the development and production of media content. He founded Bob &Co in 2010, which rebranded as the Anthology Group in 2018. Bob has executive produced multiple productions across film, theatre, and television.
Before joining Anthology, Lil worked as a general manager in the West End, most notably at Sonia Friedman Productions and Ambassador Theatre Group. Lil has also worked as a theatre consultant with an emphasis on business affairs, budgeting and financial analysis, and contractual support and sits on the board of Headlong Theatre Company and Cranleigh Arts Centre.
Before joining Anthology, Julian was Executive Director at Jamie Wilson Productions - producing, general managing and developing international, West End and touring theatre productions. Originally from South Wales, Julian moved to London at an early age to study and toured globally as a performer before moving into production. Julian has lived and worked in theatre in New York and California and is incredibly excited to contribute his professional experience to the Anthology team.
Dom joined the Anthology team in 2016 to provide investment analysis for the Cultural Capital Fund. In addition, he now focusses on the creative development and packaging of new projects. He is also an actor with over 10 years’ experience on the stage in the West End, around the UK and internationally.
Caitlin was the first employee of Bob &Co, the original name of the Anthology group, and has worked with Bob Benton since 2010. In addition to development for Anthology Theatre, Caitlin supports the PR and marketing functions of the Group.
Patrick joined stockbroker HSBC James Capel in 1986 and enjoyed a variety of sales and research roles across 5 industry sectors before being asked to lead the Media research team in 1998. The team moved to ABN AMRO in 2002 where he gained additional responsibility for sales and distribution for the Telecom, Media and Technology teams (TMT). In 2011 he left the City to advise start-up companies on strategy and financing before reuniting in April 2014 with Bob with whom he had worked at James Capel.
Polly joined the Anthology Group in 2017 from NBC Universal where she was a Senior Manager responsible for content distribution and strategy, having gained broad experience across new media distribution, finance, international networks and corporate strategy as part of NBCU’s Future Leaders Programme. Prior to joining NBCU, Polly worked as a fund analyst in the City.
Originally from Italy, Martina studied Tourism and Management in Como. She studied in Spain and then moved to London in 2020. In July 2021 she joined the Anthology team to support the Executive Producer and train as a Production Assistant.
